You are eligible for Promoter status when you purchase at least one Package. Wealth5 has the absolute rights to increase or reduce the price and quantity of offered products at any time without notice.

Wealth5 has purchased these products on a where-is-as-is basis and we therefore cannot guarantee its effectiveness, accuracy and quality.  For this reason, we are unable to provide service or support for them.

Wealth5 or its agents and representatives make every effort to provide correct information in all its official websites and Promoters’ websites, but inaccuracies and errors may occur. For this reason, we reserve the rights to make necessary alterations and updates at any time without notice or liability.

Wealth5 is an independent body and has no legal shares or trusts with all the companies and bodies mentioned in the websites, emails and other sites.

All potential income and bonuses figures shown are for illustrations only.  The total bonus generated are dependent on Promoters' success rate and Wealth5 shall no way be held liable for Promoters' failure to earn bonuses.

Wealth5 makes no representations whatsoever about other websites that you may access.  When you use the services of any third party websites, you understand and agree that they are independent of Wealth5 and, as such, Wealth5 does not endorse or accept any responsibility for the content, use and services made available through such websites.

Wealth5 or its agents and representatives shall not be held liable for any error, misjudgements, misrepresentations of content, information, services supplied through its websites, emails, and media and by other means.

The information on the websites are “AS-IS” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

Wealth5 shall not be held liable to any inaccuracies and errors in the contents of any of the said e-Products.

All sold products are Non-Returnable, Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable. 

Wealth5 shall place your personally Introduced Promoters under your own Promoters up to the fourth level only.  This means your name will be placed within the first 5 levels.

You agree to have part of your fortnightly bonus transferred to the RESERVE ACCOUNT as listed below:
1. $5 to Reserve Account for bonus of $5 and above.
2. $10 to Reserve Account for bonus of $50 and above.
3. $15 to Reserve Account for bonus of $75 and above.
4. $30 to Reserve Account for bonus of $100 and above.

Every time the total amount in your Reserve Account reaches $30:

   a. You are entitled to eProducts worth $30.

   b. We automatically create a New Account for you.

   c. A new PPL, ID number and Personal Website will be issued to you.

   d. Your New Account will be placed directly under you and you will receive a personal introducer bonus of $5.

A Personal Webpage will be designed and uploaded for you without cost upon signing up. After the initial first year, a fee of $10 will apply and derive from your Reserve Account. If the required fund is not available in the said account, a payment is necessary from other sources for reactivation of the said service.

You agree to receive emails from Wealth5 on all information and messages directly relating to Wealth5's business.   Your submitted email address shall be active and you shall not prevent or block emails sent to you by Wealth5.

Wealth5 shall have the absolute rights to suspend your Promotership and terminate its services and its designed websites to you if you are found to have:

1. Sold the products under LIST A independently and not through Wealth5 Pay Plan system.

2. Damaged the goodwill and credibility of Wealth5 through misrepresentations, spamming, hacking and other illegal and undesirable actions.

3. Intentionally prevented or blocked emails sent to you by Wealth5.

Upon suspension, all your future bonuses from date of suspension to you shall be permanently forfeited.  All your rights, benefits and all your Promoter's Personal Lists (PPL) will be permanently terminated and you shall be barred from future dealings with Wealth5 and all its agents and representatives.

Wealth5 shall have the absolute rights to amend this Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

IN NO EVENT WILL WEALTH5, ITS AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY USE OF THE WEBSITES, OR ANY OTHER HYPERLINKED WEB SITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE ARE EXPRESSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
